Whitelisting Ecstatic Intimacy Email Addresses

Due to the sensitive and exciting nature of what we talk about at Ecstatic Intimacy. Whitelisting our two main email addresses is the only way to ensure that you receive all the content you are craving.

Please follow the whitelisting instructions below for your email service.

This is especially important when you register for a program or event with us. We will send you important preparation materials and planning suggestions, and you'll want to be sure you receive those important emails.

What you need to do to fully whitelist an email address varies by email provider. And, some email providers require multiple steps to fully ensure that the emails you want end up in your primary inbox.  Please find your provider below and the steps for you.

 

Gmail

  1. Gmail whitelisting is slightly more complicated so we are going to share a great set of instructions with you that includes details screen shots.
  2. However you'll want to read the next few steps below that are specific to Ecstatic Intimacy and follow them along with these detailed instructions.
  3. In Step 4 in the detailed instruction, enter soullove@ecstaticintimacy.com, joanna@ecstaticintimacy.com or better yet, add @ecstaticintimacy.com on the from line. the @ecstaticintimacy.com will ensure you get all emails from our domain, no matter who on the team sends it.
  4. In Step 5, you want to do one extra thing not shown in these instructions.
  • As the instructions show you, select the "Never send it to spam" checkbox
  • Then, in that same window, look down a few more lines.
  • Check the "Categorize as" checkbox.
  • Then open the Category drop down. Select "Primary".
  • Then click Create Filter.

You should now receive all Ecstatic Intimacy emails.

 

Yahoo! Mail

  1. Please follow these instructions from Whitelist.guide for both soullove@ecstaticintimacy.com and joanna@ecstaticintimacy.com.

 

Apple Mail

  1. Right-click on the sender's email address.
  2. Select Add to Contacts or Add to VIPs.
  3. We recommend doing this for soullove@ecstaticintimacy.com as well as joanna@ecstaticintimacy.com.

 

Apple iPhone / iPad

  1. Open the email.
  2. Tap the sender's name in the From line. The email address should be either Soullove@ecstaticintimacy.com or joanna@ecstaticintimacy.com.
  3. On the next screen, tap Create New Contact.
  4. Tap Done.
  5. Do this for both email addresses noted in step 2.

 

Android

  1. Tap to open the email.
  2. Tap the icon next to the email address.
  3. Tap OK.
  4. We recommend doing this for soullove@ecstaticintimacy.com as well as joanna@ecstaticintimacy.com.

 

Microsoft Outlook 2013

  1. Right-click on the email that you would like to add to your safe sender list
  2. Hover over Junk and then click the option Never Block Sender.
  3. Note: You will want to do this for soullove@ecstaticintimacy.com and because Joanna might email you directly and personally occasionally, we recommend doing this for joanna@ecstaticintimacy.com as well.)

 

Outlook.com (formerly Hotmail)

  1. Open the email.
  2. Click the Add to contacts link
  3. We recommend doing this for soullove@ecstaticintimacy.com as well as joanna@ecstaticintimacy.com.
