I also agree that Joanna Kennedy, True Happiness, LLC , and all True Happiness, LLC’s owners, employees, coaches, facilitators, representatives, contractors, and volunteers are held immune from any and all other liability or responsibility.

I do not intend to cease medical or psychological treatments and medicines, if any. Understanding that usage and participation in events, webinars, programs, etc.  are voluntary, introspective endeavors, I knowingly waive any right I may ever have to hold Joanna Kennedy, True Happiness, LLC, or any of True Happiness, LLC’s owners, employees, coaches, facilitators, representatives, contractors, and volunteers responsible for my participation in or use of trainings, events, intensives, personal coaching, processes, materials or techniques, as well as the application of those sessions, events, intensives, personal coaching, processes, materials or techniques, and any results thereof, offered by True Happiness, LLC or Joanna Kennedy.




We do not monitor or review the content of other party’s websites which are linked to from this website or in emails sent by True Happiness, LLC. Opinions expressed or material appearing on such websites are not necessarily shared or endorsed by us and we should not be regarded as the publisher of such opinions or material. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices, or content, of these sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they enter a third party site and to read the privacy statements of these sites. You should evaluate the security and trustworthiness of any other site connected to this site, accessed through this site, or accessed via email yourself, before disclosing any personal information to them. We are committed to your empowerment & development and will do our best to accommodate schedules and hardship. We make commitments to staff and facilities based upon your registration as a Client, a Program Participant or a Workshop/Event Attendee. Therefore, due to the nature or our work and related commitments, we are not able to offer refunds on service or registration fees, unless otherwise specified.


If, for any reason, you cannot participate in the session, program, workshop or event, for which you have registered, you may transfer to another date or location within the below listed guidelines:


  1. All transfers are subject to space availability.
  2. Transfers requested forty-five (45) days or more prior to the start of session, program, or event will not incur a transfer fee.
  3. Transfers requested fifteen to forty-four (15 – 44) days prior to the start of session, program, or event will incur a $50 transfer fee for registrations over $500. There is no transfer fee for registrations under $500.
  4. Transfers requested fourteen (14) days prior to the start of a program, workshop or event will incur a $100 transfer fee for registrations over $500. There is a 10% transfer fee for registrations under $500.
  5. Transfers made as a result of “no showing” at a program, workshop or event will incur a $200 transfer for programs over $500. There is a 15% transfer fee for registrations under $500.
  6. Reschedule requests made fifteen days to 48 hours, prior to a session, such as a Breakthrough Session, will incur no reschedule fee.   Reschedule requests made less than 48 hours prior to a scheduled session will forfeit registrations fees, except in the case of emergencies.
  7. Failure to pay registrations fees as agreed will result in forfeiture of registration, with no option to transfer.



Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, Political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man-made eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. Any Party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavors to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein.



Failure of either Party to insist upon strict performance of any provision of this or any Agreement or the failure of either Party to exercise any right or remedy to which it, he or they are entitled hereunder shall not constitute a waiver thereof and shall not cause a diminution of the obligations under this or any Agreement.

No waiver of any of the provisions of this or any Agreement shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be such and signed by both Parties.



This Privacy Policy applies to the website and True Happiness, LLC contact databases. We are committed to protecting personally identifiable information you may provide us through the website. We have adopted this privacy policy to explain what information may be collected on our website, how we use this information, and under what circumstances we may disclose the information to third parties. This Privacy Policy applies only to information we collect through the website and does not apply to our collection of information from other sources.

We may use your non-personal information by itself or aggregate it with information we have obtained from others.  Aggregate information is anonymous information that does not personally identify you.



This website may use cookies to enable us to retrieve user details for each visit. Cookies are used in some areas of our site to enable the functionality of this area and ease of use for those people visiting. Some of our affiliate partners may also use cookies. By accessing this website, using any materials provided by True Happiness, or conducting business with True Happiness, llc you consent to these Terms. If any of these terms are deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason (including, but not limited to the Exclusions and Limitations set out above), then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be severed from these terms and the remaining terms will continue to apply. Failure of the Company to enforce any of the provisions set out in these Terms, or any other Agreement entered into with user or client, or failure to exercise any option to terminate, shall not be construed as waiver of such provisions and shall not affect the validity of these Terms or of any other Agreement or any part thereof, or the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.



True Happiness, LLC reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit.  Your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis. Any changes to Terms will be effective immediately upon posting.
