When the Masculine Holds Presence

First, let’s look at why this actually matters to me and why it might really make a difference in your life. I’ve discovered that when genuine masculine and feminine come together they make magic… in love, in the kitchen, in sex, and in business. The energies are incredibly complimentary and what we can co-create is so much more powerful than what either of us can do on our own. The problem arises because with all the changes and so-called evolutions in our society over the last 50 years, it has left both men and women confused and sometimes completely disconnected from our natural essential essence… leaving us with questions like “Who am I?,” “How am I ‘supposed’ to be with the opposite sex?” and “Why is the opposite sex so confusing?” This loss of connection with ourselves also leads to internal battles between “shoulds” and “desires.”  Let’s continue to unravel this confusion.

When authentic masculine and feminine show up together we ignite a powerful force!

Men and women were designed in different bodies, with different energies and different interests. Unfortunately, as I mentioned above, over the last 50 years, we’ve been conditioned to be like one another and it’s as if society has almost wanted us to eliminate or deny any differences between the sexes. Ugh! In doing that, we’ve sacrificed so much.

Presence, one of the most powerful aspects of masculine energy, sets a strong foundation for the feminine to shine and the magic of the two to ignite.

What do we mean by presence? You’ve experienced it… you know when you’re speaking to someone and it’s almost as if their attention is riveted on you, even if you’re not looking directly at each other. You can feel their energy; you know they are there with you… completely, totally. Compare that to when you know the other person’s attention is elsewhere… even when they ARE looking at you. Women, how much freer do you feel when you are being held in an embrace of presence?

Men, so how do you increase your presence?  Start by feeling your feet on the ground. Or if you’re in bed (presence is super important for great lovemaking) feel your body’s presence in the bed… feel that you are there touching the bed, touching her.  Bring your awareness to every aspect of the experience… your physical, mental, emotional presence.  Standing, sitting, making love, wherever you are, be in your body. “There” does not mean thinking in your head. It means being clearly and deeply in your body, while you’re completely aware of your environment, completely aware of her, her body, her emotions. There will likely be a stillness, a grounded-ness. Your movement then comes from this centered-ness. Try it… practice it.

This presence is what allows a feminine woman to feel safe… that allows her to surrender to your touch, to the pleasure you offer.  She needs your presence to fully offer you her pleasure.

When you really drop in, when you are in your body and present, the woman (or women) around you will respond.  Practice and play.  See how she responds. Watch her face; notice her body.  As you fully step into your masculine presence you will automatically polarize her more into her feminine, which fuels you…which frees her to express her sexiness, her beauty, her wild passion, her ecstatic joy.  The delicious yummy cycle begins and continues.

 

The masculine is fueled by the feminine.  The feminine is set free by the masculine.

Neither can be in their fullest alone.
