Private Couples Retreat Scheduling
Customized for the unique circumstance and experience of an individual couple
Couples private retreats offer a special and productive way to support whatever path a couple may find themselves on at any given stage of relationship. While highly effective and deeply healing for couples committed to seeing one another from a place of authenticity and honor, the journey requires a willingness to sit in the discomfort and growth-inducing reflections our partners may currently hold and project — just this idea can be triggering for some.
Many couples are navigating a complex back-and-forth toward each other, and away from each other — often repeating cycles of relief and resentment — in addition to a meaningful desire of wanting more physical connection, and more love.
Beyond a couple's patterns and reactionary responses lies the truth of their connection - and a path back to one another.
The Experience
Over the course of the weekend, the perceptions we hold of our partners and ourselves can shift into something that fosters our deepest, often misunderstood, ability to actually receive what we’ve felt has been missing.

Location and Scheduling Availability
Joanna’s schedule allows for a limited number of private couples retreats each calendar year, which tend to fill early. Each couple that has booked a private retreat with Joanna will be offered any new openings or dates that may come available unexpectedly, as we sometimes get lucky with her schedule.
If you are unable to schedule in the current calendar year, and have been offered a private retreat with Joanna, you will be given the first available dates for the following calendar year.
** Joanna has very limited availability for on-site Private Retreats each year, if inquiring about hosting Joanna for a private retreat at your location, please send your dates and location to privateschedule@ecstaticintimacy.com.
If Joanna has similar availability, you will hear back from us within 7 days.
Application and Next Steps
- The application process will let both parties know if this is the right time / right process for you and for Joanna.
- Private couples retreats require a substantial investment of time, commitment, emotional openness, and money. We ask you to please consider your relationship to all four elements before applying.
- Most private retreats happen in the Colorado foothills area.

The Requirements and the Small Print
An internal heart desire to go from where you are now to something extraordinary is a non-negotiable requirement to be considered for a couples private retreat. While this is often something most couples wish to bring with them, the application process will shed light on your level of commitment to your true desire to experience a relationship with the potential to take your breath away.
