Return, Refund and Transfer Policy

When you purchase from, register with, or enroll with Ecstatic Intimacy, we certainly hope that you are happy with your investment. We are committed to your empowerment and development and will do our best to accommodate schedules and hardship. We make commitments to staff and facilities based upon your registrations, enrollments, and purchases.


All returns must be postmarked within sixty (60) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange for a refund or exchange.


To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.


Due to the nature of our work and related commitments, we are not able to offer refunds on registrations or enrollments, unless otherwise specified.


If for any reason, you cannot participate in the session, program, workshop or event for which you have enrolled or registered, you may transfer to another date or program, according to the following terms.

When there is a specific date for a workshop, retreat, or event or a specific starting date for a program:

  • All transfers are subject to space availability
  • Transfers requested 45 days or more prior to the start date or event date will not incur a transfer fee.
  • Transfers requested between 44 and 7 days prior to the start date or event date will incur a 15% or $50 transfer fee, whichever is less.
  • Transfers requested 7 days prior to the start date or event date will incur a 15% transfer fee, not to exceed $200.
  • “No showing” for a workshop, retreat or event will forfeit all registration or enrollment fees.


When no specific starting date applies to a program registration, purchase or enrollment, or if the registration or enrollment was for a private session or series of sessions:

  • All transfers are subject to space availability
  • “No showing” for a session, will forfeit the session and associated registration or enrollment fees, without an option to reschedule.
  • Reschedule requests may be made up to 24 hours prior to a session. Reschedule requests made with less than a 24-hour notice will forfeit registration and enrollment fees, except in the case of a personal emergency.
  • Program enrollment or session scheduling may be put “on hold” for up to 6 months, due to scheduling or hardship issues.  Any payment plans related to program enrollment will not be put “on hold” and will remain active even though participation is delayed.
