RETURN, REFUND AND TRANSFER POLICY

When you purchase from, register with, or enroll with Ecstatic Intimacy, we certainly hope that you are happy with your investment. We are committed to your empowerment and development and will do our best to accommodate schedules and hardship. We make commitments to staff and facilities based upon your registrations, enrollments, and purchases. Please see below for more information on our return, refund and transfer policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within sixty (60) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange for a refund or exchange.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS & TRANSFERS

Ecstatic Intimacy does not offer refunds for any reason. However, you may delay participation in certain programs for up to 6 months for reasons related to a personal emergency, so long as notice of such delay is given to the Company in writing.  Additionally, Ecstatic Intimacy will in some limited circumstances, and in its sole and absolute discretion, allow you to apply a paid event fee to a future event so long as you notify the Company prior to the start of the event.
